A brand new dine-in lunch menu is available every day from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting at just $9. Nine items, real food, and a guarantee that means something: Your order is on the table in 15 minutes or it’s free!

Nine options, all available dine-in from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.:
Chuck’s Burger $9
Burger patty topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. Served with fries. Add cheese for $1.99 or bacon for $2.49.
Rustic Penne $12.99
Penne pasta tossed in olive oil with garlic, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Topped with Parmesan cheese and green onions.
Chuck’s Toasted Club $12.99
A triple-decker toasted club sandwich with turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on Texas toast. Served with fries.
Baked Turkey Wrap $12.99
Sliced turkey, mixed cheese, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and sriracha mayo. Baked in the oven and served with fries.
Summerhouse Salad $13.99
A fresh mix of arugula and romaine with tomatoes, corn, goat cheese, dried cranberries, candied pecans, bacon, red onion and honey dijon dressing.
Bourbon Glazed Chicken Sandwich $13.99
Chicken breast glazed with BBQ sauce and topped with mushrooms, caramelized onions, and cheddar on a toasted brioche bun. Served with fries.
Strawberry Pecan Salad $14.99
Arugula, fresh strawberries, goat cheese, candied pecans tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette.
Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla $14.99
Breaded buffalo chicken, mixed cheeses, tomatoes and green onions in a grilled flour tortilla. Served with sour cream and salsa.
Chicken Souvlaki $15.99
Grilled chicken souvlaki skewers served on a toasted bun with tzatziki, tomato, and red onion. Served with fries.
